The last two visits were a long drive to get there only to have a 10 minute cleaning. No looking at activity on the computer or doing any adjustments. Also, this last visit should have been for a hearing test, but was pushed out another 6 weeks.
As always, my problems were addressed. She worked quite hard to solve my problems. She found and fixed one of the problems. She didn’t give up, however. She presented various options we could consider ,and she is sending 1 hearing aid for further info and cost estimates. I am to return in 2 to weeks for updates. Overall, I am quite pleased.

I Went for a free hearing test and consult regarding hearing aids. I was blown away by the service I received. Kayla was patient and easy to understand. She was professional and took her time explaining every bit of the test and its results. It was clear that her focus was Me and what best met my needs.
