Heather Penland, PSC
Patient Service Coordinator
Heather Penland is a PSC for the Raleigh NC office. She was born in Burlington NC but grew up in the small town of Hillsborough NC which is where her family currently lives. She most recently moved to Mebane NC in July 2022. Heather attended Orange High School, class of 1996 and got her associates degree in Criminal Justice from Durham Technical College in 2014. Heather started working for Audibel Hearing in October of 2013 and was drawn to the hearing care industry because hearing loss runs in her family with her father and uncle being Audibel patients.
What Heather loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing how patients react when hearing sounds they haven’t heard in a long time like walking on leaves or birds chirping; small things that those who don’t have a hearing loss take for granted.
Outside of saving hearing lives Heather hobbies include reading (fav author is Stephen King), watching movies and just relaxing and enjoying the company of her loved one.
